Terms and Conditions (T&Cs)

Please read our Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) carefully before making a purchase. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Scope

These T&Cs govern the contractual relationships between ZEBU AG and you within the framework of our online shop.

2. Conclusion of Contract

The contract is concluded when you submit an order in the online shop and we confirm it.

3. Prices and Payment

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT.
You can pay by credit card, bank transfer, or other payment methods offered in the shop.
Payment is due immediately unless otherwise agreed.

4. Delivery

Deliveries are generally made to the delivery address provided by the customer. If the customer has chosen in-store pickup, the transfer will be made at the agreed pickup location. The delivery time is typically two weeks.

5. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt of the goods without providing a reason.
The withdrawal must be made in writing, e.g., via email to info@zebuglobal.ch.
You are obliged to return the goods in perfect condition and in the original packaging within 14 days after withdrawal.
The return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the goods are faulty.
Please note that for certain products (e.g., perishable goods), the right of withdrawal may be excluded.

6. Liability

We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability exists only for the breach of essential contractual obligations.

7. Data Protection

Your data is protected under Swiss data protection law. Further information can be found in our Privacy Policy.

8. Retention of Title

Until full payment, the goods remain the property of ZEBU AG.

9. Law and Jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich.

10. Changes

We reserve the right to change these T&Cs. Changes will be published on the website.
